In March we had the pleasure of doing a tasting for a wonderful couple that are hosting their wedding at Syon Park in August this year. The couple’s favourite restaurant is The Big Easy in Chelsea and as a surprise for her husband to be, the bride and our team created a bespoke starter that reflected the American cuisine of this fun restaurant. The couple were presented with an impressive Sharing slate of breaded large shrimp with pots of homemade tartar sauce, BBQ Pork Ribs, Cajun Chicken Wings with Red cabbage and mango slaw. Needless to say, the husband to be was surprised and wouldn’t let the slate leave the table until all the ribs were gone!

We were so pleased that they chose to include this bespoke starter in their wedding menu and we are sure that their guests will love it as much as they do.
